Terms of Service

1. License Grant
Translate Vision grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Translate Vision WordPress plugin according to your purchased plan:
- Starter / Pro: Single site license
- Agency: Up to 10 sites
2. License Duration
Your license is valid for the duration of your subscription. This includes all plugin updates and support during your active subscription period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
3. AI Provider Costs
Translation API costs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google are separate from your Translate Vision subscription and are billed directly by the respective AI provider. Translate Vision has no control over these costs.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the plugin
- Share your license key with unauthorized parties
5. Support
We provide email support at support@translatevision.com. Response times vary by plan — Priority support is available on Pro and Agency plans.
6. Limitation of Liability
Translate Vision is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or downtime resulting from the use of our plugin. The plugin interacts with third-party AI services whose availability and performance are outside our control.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
