Refund & Trial Policy

30-Day Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial so you can test Translate Vision on your own site before committing. No credit card required to start.

Trial Limitations

During the free trial, AI translation tokens are limited so you can evaluate the plugin with a representative sample of your content. The exact token allowance is shown in your dashboard. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, you receive the full token allocation included with your plan.

Refunds on Paid Plans

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Email support@translatevision.com with your order details and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

After 14 Days

Refund requests after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis, primarily for verified technical issues that we are unable to resolve.

What's Not Refundable

AI provider costs (charges from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) are billed directly by those providers and are not refundable by Translate Vision. These are separate from your subscription payment.

License Deactivation

Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. Any cached translations on your WordPress site will remain, but you will no longer receive plugin updates or be able to create new translations.
